Privacy policy
Your data stays yours
The short version: Birdie Hills does not collect your personal data.

Who we are
Birdie Hills is made by Birdie Hills Studio, a one-person studio in Vietnam (“we”). This policy covers the game Birdie Hills and this website, birdiehills.com. Ways to reach us will be listed on the support page when the game is out.
The game
- The game has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. It does not send any information about you or your play to us or to anyone else.
- The PC version has everything it needs inside the app. It does not connect to the internet by itself.
- Your saved clubs and your settings stay on your own device. You can delete them by uninstalling the game or by deleting its save folder.
- If you play through Steam, Steam can keep a copy of your saves in Steam Cloud and can unlock achievements. That is done by Valve under Valve’s own privacy policy, not by us.
Buying the game
Payments are handled by the store you buy from (Steam, the Apple App Store or Google Play). We never see your payment details. The stores may tell us how many copies were sold and in which countries, without telling us who you are.
This website
- This website has no cookies, no trackers and no analytics.
- It is delivered by Cloudflare. To show you a page and to protect against attacks, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Children
Because the game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Your choices
We hold no personal data about you from the game or from this website, so there is nothing to look up, correct or delete. If that ever changes, this page will say how to ask us.
Changes
If the game or this website changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
